As W-2 workers, our talent has the option to opt-in to health insurance coverage once they work their first shift. If you average 30 or more hours during the first four to six weeks, they are offered a comprehensive benefits plan for purchase on the 90th day. Options include medical, dental, vision, term Life, and short-term disability insurance. Workers who apply through our Bluecrew platform may be eligible for additional benefits, including On Demand Pay, paid sick time, and our Bluecrew Rewards program.
